PRESIDENT TRUMP MEETS WITH U.S. OIL GIANTS' LEADERS, DISCUSSES ENERGY INVESTMENT IN VENEZUELA



🔹 President Trump met with senior leaders of U.S. oil companies at the White House to discuss investment opportunities and infrastructure rebuilding plans for Venezuela's oil sector.

🔹 He called on American companies to invest up to $100 billion in private capital to restore Venezuela's declining energy industry, while also pledging strong security measures and support from the U.S. government.

🔹 Some business leaders expressed caution, including ExxonMobil CEO Darren Woods, who stated that Venezuela remains “not investable” until major reforms in legal, regulatory, and commercial sectors are implemented, reflecting industry hesitations despite the government's vigorous push.

🔹 President Trump emphasized that U.S. companies will work directly and closely with the U.S. government, rather than with Venezuela's previously corrupt regime, and pledged “absolute safety” for American investments.
