I witnessed a similar level of structure and intentional governance during the tenure of Governor Sullivan Chime in Enugu State.

Under the current leadership of Governor @PNMbah, that standard is re-emerging. The focus on order, cleanliness, and urban renewal is evident.

If sustained, Enugu has the potential to rank among the cleanest and most well-managed states in the country.
