Back in 2017-2018, I remember Bao Erye was just helping projects get exposure, taking 1% of the tokens from each project.

Unexpectedly, Yao Qian, who previously served as the Director of the Technology Supervision Department at the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Director of the Information Center, and former Director of the Digital Currency Research Institute, is even more impressive.
He helped project teams get listed on exchanges, and the projects raised a total of 20,000 ETH, of which Yao Qian received 2,000 (10%).

In 2018, they raised 20,000 ETH, and by 2024, Yao Qian was dismissed and investigated. It’s probably the project that went live in 2018 and was delisted in 2024.
