I don't get involved in your game, I don't expect your approval, I don't need your praise, and I'm not afraid of your denial, your evaluation, or your definition. Because I know who I am, what I want, and we all keep our issues separate. Your issue is your feelings, your choices, your karma. My issue is my boundaries, my principles, my mindset. I no longer cling to what I look like in your eyes, but focus on what I look like in my own eyes. Truly enlightened people, those who have their own goals, are like this—they never force themselves into others' boxes. They all have a certain mindset: "What do you think of me?" This really isn't that important, so others' emotions are their own business. Our bottom line is our own issue. Prioritize those who like me and those I like, mute everyone else. Anyone who is sarcastic or passive-aggressive, draw clear boundaries—don't engage, don't explain, don't internalize. In the end, ask yourself every day: Am I satisfied with myself today? Not: Did I satisfy today’s others? If someone wants to live easily, they should never consider how brightly they shine in others' eyes; instead, they should look inward. Whether I live happily or not depends on myself, I write my own script, and I couldn't care less about others' barrage of comments.
