Most people who find it difficult to make money are not lacking in effort, ability, or resources, but rather have a small heart. What does it mean to have a small heart? A common manifestation is: when learning, they only engage with content that makes them feel "safe," only looking at things they already agree with, like, or are familiar with. On the surface, they are learning, but in reality, they are just constantly reinforcing their existing perceptions and biases. This kind of learning does not lead to genuine growth because they refuse new information and perspectives, and thus cannot break through old frameworks. True progress, on the other hand, comes from absorbing and digesting unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or even initially unendorsed content. Making money is essentially about deconstructing and reconstructing value. Without new insights, it’s impossible to break old value structures; without new perspectives, it’s impossible to reassemble higher-value results. When a person’s capacity is limited, their cognition becomes locked; when cognition is locked, the space for creating value is completely sealed off. This is the fundamental reason why many people cannot make money.
