Potential is never something that comes easily; it is forced out by desperate circumstances. More terrifying than complete downfall is waking up to self-deception. 1. There are no shortcuts to growth; all breakthroughs come from high-pressure coercion. 2. Reject feeding-based learning; actively competing for resources is the way to stand out. 3. Reading is not a refuge but a covert reconstruction of your thinking system. 4. Beware of “pseudo-effort”; gentle numbness is chronic self-destruction. I used to believe in “going with the flow,” filling the emptiness with fragmented information, pretending to work hard within my comfort zone. Later, reality slapped me in the face, forcing me to actively tear apart old beliefs in pain and to obsess over fundamental logic. Now I no longer seek quick-fix secrets because I understand that those who seem the most foolish, working steadily day by day, are actually on the fastest path to freedom. Are you justifying your mediocrity with the excuse of “ordinary is precious” because of fear of difficulties? Complete downfall is not actually scary, because intense pain will make you bounce back; what truly destroys a person is “self-deception,” which allows you to walk toward a ruined ending in the comfort illusion of boiling frogs in warm water.
