The court dismissed the lawsuit against Uniswap Labs filed by the creators of the competing Bancor protocol #UNI #BNT(.
The essence of the lawsuit: Bancor accused Uniswap of using the patented CPAMM code without permission, despite having released the code as open source in 2017.
The court ruled that Bancor's patents were too abstract and not protected under US law.
