# DeFrens and Dash will hold a privacy and decentralization conference in Moscow

On March 23, the Web3 community DeFrens and the Dash project will host the conference “Privacy and Decentralization: Trends 2026” in Moscow. Participants will discuss the future of private cryptocurrencies, transaction analysis methods, and the role of cryptography in centralized finance.

The event will take place at “Svetly Loft” on Nikitsky Boulevard, 7B. Starting at 5:30 PM (MSK).

Dash will hold a giveaway during the conference — to participate, register with your wallet address.

The program includes six sessions with presentations and panel discussions:

• Creating decentralized applications on Dash Platform — Mikhail Pshenichnikov, independent Dash developer;
• The future of anonymous and private cryptocurrencies in everyday life — Artem Vorotnikov (ex-Fantom, node developer for Erigon and Akula) and Alexander John Lee (Miden engineer);
• Applying behavioral analysis and AI in transaction research — Dmitry Poyda, lead investigator at AO “Shard”;
• Confidential pools as a service for CeFi in Web3 — Vladimir Popov, CEO of Sberbank Blockchain Development Center, ex-ZkBob;
• The role of MPC in integrating cryptography into centralized finance — Alexey Kurochkin (cryptography researcher at Sberbank Blockchain Laboratory), Alexander Nikolaev (founder of Custos, MIPT instructor, co-founder of Symbiosis);
• Decentralization for computing networks and the role of blockchain — Mikhail Pshenichnikov (Dash), Yuri Yanovich (senior lecturer at Skoltech), Mikhail Voronov (ex-Fluence, author of AquaVM).

For communication at the event, organizers recommend the decentralized messenger Bitchat, available on iOS and Android.
