I don’t know if this is the Bitcoin bottom yet.
But if the bottom is already in, it’s funny how similar this cycle feels to the past.
In 2022, after the Terra and FTX collapse, sentiment was completely dead.
Most people believed crypto was finished.
That’s right around when Bitcoin actually bottomed and slowly started recovering.
Now in 2026, we’re seeing something very similar. Bitcoin dropped hard from the highs, altcoins got crushed, and again people are saying “this time is different.”
The fear also isn’t only inside crypto anymore. Mainstream media, economists, and big names are all talking about worst-case scenarios.
But markets usually don’t bottom when things feel safe.
They bottom when most people lose hope and stop believing.
By the time everyone talks about risk and collapse, a lot of selling has already happened.
I’m not saying this is definitely the bottom.
But historically, when fear becomes this loud everywhere, it usually happens closer to the end of the drop, not the beginning.
