The heart that does not die, the Way will not arise,
Desire that never ends, stillness will not come.
Attachment that is not released, the path will not be smooth,
Thoughts that are not purified, conduct will not be peaceful.
Break delusion and only then see true Buddha-nature,
Let go and only then gain freedom of movement.
All things are but guests of the crimson dust,
One moment of clarity makes all matters light.
