(March 27, 2026) Every day I ask myself, if I experience 10 consecutive losses, will my account still exist? Proper position sizing and risk management are the first steps in trading. I hope to focus on two points: 1. Capital preservation is the top priority; surviving is the most important task. 2. Understand leverage—leverage is a double-edged sword. While it amplifies gains, it also shortens the lifespan of your position. The essence of adding leverage is to clearly understand whether my current judgment and cognition can support my leverage.
