Nigeria missing out of the FIFA WC, is exactly how 9ja deteriorated.

When Africa had lesser number of FIFA world cup slots, we qualified to play at the WC.
Now that it was increased to 10, we failed to qualify. (twice in a row)
As things get better, it gets worse in Nigeria!
