Tuesday Morning Bitcoin Market Outlook

Yesterday's market tested above 70,000 twice but failed to sustain the move. After peaking near 70,300 in the early hours, it faced clear resistance and pulled back, dropping to around 68,200. The bears took profits quite decisively. The short positions laid out near 70,000 last night have basically played out as expected with this decline.
From the current structure, although there is some back-and-forth, the overall movement remains locked within the 68,000 to 70,300 range. The resistance at 70,300 is quite strong, while support between 68,000 and 68,200 still holds some effectiveness. Until the range is truly broken, the overall approach should be to buy low and sell high within the oscillation, avoiding chasing rallies or panic selling.
On the four-hour chart, the rebound after the weekend correction looks strong but lacks sustainability. After a pullback with a bearish candle, the bullish momentum has been interrupted, and short-term trading has reverted to range-bound play.
Morning Trading Recommendations
Focus on buying low, with a light position near 68,000 to 68,200. Place stop-loss slightly below 68,000, aiming for a rebound toward 69,800 to 70,000.
Use short positions as a supplement. If the rebound to around 70,000 to 70,300 fails to break through, shows upper shadows, or volume stagnates, consider reversing to short positions and continue trading within the range by selling high and buying low.
Risk Management Reminder: Keep position sizes within 20% to 30% of total capital, and strictly set stop-losses. Do not hold heavy positions in a single direction before a confirmed breakout above 70,300 or a breakdown below 68,000. Wait for a clear trend to develop before following the trend.
