Just noticed something concerning about crypto liquidity lately. Ever since that October crash, the market still feels pretty thin under the surface. Like, we're bouncing around but there's not much real depth to support these moves. That's basically why we're seeing such sharp swings - one decent buy or sell order can move the needle hard. Been wondering if crypto will actually recover from this or if we're stuck in this volatile state for a while. The issue is that true market depth hasn't come back yet. You'd think after all this time the liquidity would normalize, but it's still hollow in a lot of spots. So yeah, when people ask why is crypto crashing or rallying so hard lately, a lot of it comes down to this liquidity problem. Even smaller trades can trigger bigger moves when there's not enough real support underneath. Until we see better order book depth across major pairs, I think we're gonna keep seeing these unpredictable swings. Could be why recovery has been slower than expected too - the market structure itself is still fragile.
