Building contextual assessment systems, developing intelligent and gradient assessment tools, encouraging schools and regions to carry out large-scale teacher literacy evaluations, and targeting improvements in teachers’ skills and abilities based on assessment results.

Promoting reform in teacher training programs, integrating cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence into the curriculum system, and updating knowledge frameworks.
Including AI in teacher qualification exams and certification processes, establishing intelligent education projects in national and provincial teaching achievement awards, and stimulating endogenous motivation for AI innovation.
