The Polkadot community is passing Web3 Foundation Proposal No. 498, which aims to allocate 10 million DOTs from the treasury to cement Kusama as the premier hub for advanced Web3 technologies, including zero-knowledge (zk) innovation, art, and proof-of-personality experimentation, Gold Finance reported. This fulfills the pre-launch promise to put in 1% of the original DOT supply (10 million DOT) to increase Kusama’s value proposition.
