BlockBeats Meldung, 13. Februar, laut Bloomberg berichtet, plant der deutsche Börsenbetreiber Boerse Stuttgart Group, sein Krypto-Geschäft mit dem in Frankfurt ansässigen Digital-Asset-Händler Tradias zu fusionieren.
Laut einer am Freitag veröffentlichten Erklärung wird die neu gegründete Geschäftseinheit etwa 300 Mitarbeiter beschäftigen und von einem gemeinsamen Managementteam von Boerse Stuttgart und Tradias geleitet. Finanzielle Details wurden noch nicht bekannt gegeben.
