1. View card number and CVV
To view your full card number, CVV, and other sensitive information, please follow the steps below:
Step A: Navigate to the Gate Card Section
- Web: Log in to your Gate account and select [Buy Crypto] > [Gate Card] . You can also find this under [Products] > [Card] in the page footer.
- Gate App: Log in to your account, enter the Gate Pay APP , and tap the [Card] icon (the third tab in the bottom navigation bar).
Step B: Access Card Information
- Web: Click on [View Details] .
- Gate Pay App: Tap [Manage] and select [Card Details] .
Step C: Identity Verification:
- For your security, please authenticate your request. You may log in using your Security Key (2FA) or opt to receive a Verification Code via your registered email or mobile number.
Step D: View and Copy Details
- Once verified, your full card number, expiry date, CVV, and cardholder name will be displayed. You may use the one-click "Copy" function for seamless online transactions.
2. PIN setting Follow the navigation steps in Section 1 to reach the Gate Card interface.
- Web : Click [Change PIN] .
- Gate Pay App : Tap [Manage] and select [Change PIN] .
- Critical Activation Step : After updating your PIN digitally, it must be synchronized with the physical card chip. Please visit any local ATM , insert your card, and perform a balance inquiry or a withdrawal using the new PIN . This step is mandatory to activate the new PIN for future Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions.-
3.View transactions and cashback records
Visit the "Gate Card" section via web page or Gate Pay App; Transaction and cashback records are shown in chronological order.
- Web : Click on the [Transaction] or [Cashback] tabs to toggle between your spending history and reward logs.
- Gate Pay App : Tap the [Transaction] or [Cashback] options to switch between your transaction data and cashback records.
- Detailed View : Clicking on any individual record will trigger a detailed overlay containing comprehensive information, such as transaction type, transaction date and time, transaction amount consumed, and the exchange rate
