Goldman Sachs Identifies KOSPI Support at 6,500; Index Drops 5% to 6,448 on July 14

According to Goldman Sachs' Korea trading desk on July 14, the KOSPI index (South Korea's benchmark equity index) has a critical support level at 6,500 points; a breach could push the index toward 6,100–6,000 points. Bitget data shows the index fell over 5% intraday, touching a low of 6,448.86 points and breaking below the 6,500 level. The index has since recovered to 6,676 points, narrowing losses to 1.97%.
