Gate News, April 1, stablecoin payment card infrastructure service provider Kulipa announced the completion of a $6.2 million seed round, co-led by Flourish Ventures and 1kx, with White Star Capital and Fabric Ventures participating. The company helps fintech companies issue white-label stablecoin payment cards without having to manage the card operations themselves. As Kulipa founder and CEO Axel Cateland revealed, this round of funding was completed in December 2025, using the Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) fundraising model, but he declined to disclose details such as when the fundraising process began, the tranche structure, the company valuation, and board seat allocations.
