Samsung, SK, Naver Leaders to Meet Nvidia's Jensen Huang in U.S. This Week; Semiconductor Stocks Rally 2-3%

According to The Fact, Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong, SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won, Naver Board Chair Lee Hae-jin, and Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Chung Euisun are scheduled to meet with Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang in the U.S. this week to discuss AI cooperation across memory semiconductors, data centers, and cloud infrastructure.

Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix shares gained 2.98% and 3.01% respectively on July 23 to 268,250 KRW and 1,885,000 KRW, as the meeting signals renewed commitment to AI ecosystem collaboration. The stocks had declined sharply recently—Samsung down 17% and SK Hynix down 28% in July—amid market concerns over potential AI investment slowdown.
