SK Group, Nvidia Sign $950 Billion Cooperation Agreement on Saturday

According to Guru Club, on Saturday (July 25), SK Group and other South Korean conglomerates signed a $950 billion cooperation agreement with global tech giants including Nvidia. The deal was concluded during a high-level meeting held during South Korean President Lee Jae-myung's visit to San Francisco, with attendees including Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong, SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, and Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang.

SK Group committed to supply $750 billion worth of high-performance semiconductors to global tech companies including Nvidia. The agreement also includes joint investment in a large-scale AI data center with 5 gigawatts capacity and 2 million GPUs. Additionally, Naver will build a $10 billion global AI factory through a strategic investment agreement with Nvidia and infrastructure supply agreement with Canadian asset management firm Brookfield Corp.
