SK Hynix and NVIDIA Sign Long-Term HBM4 Supply Agreement; $500B+ Partnership Announced

According to reports from the AI summit in San Francisco, SK Hynix and NVIDIA recently signed a long-term AI memory cooperation agreement to secure HBM4 supply. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang and SK Group announced a comprehensive partnership exceeding $500 billion, which includes SK Telecom's construction of a 2-gigawatt NVIDIA Vera Rubin DSX AI factory in South Korea, expected to come online in 2027. The two companies will jointly develop and optimize next-generation AI memory solutions to meet evolving infrastructure demands across large language model training, agentic AI, and physical AI applications.
