Smarter Web Sells 177.89 BTC to Repay $11.7M Debt on July 23

According to Smarter Web's Thursday disclosure, the London-listed company sold 177.89 bitcoin at an average price of $65,762 per coin on July 23 to repay $11.7M owed under its Smarter Convert instrument held by TOBAM-related entities. The sale also eliminated 7,718,551 shares of potential dilution from the capital structure. Following the transaction, Smarter Web continues to hold 2,700 BTC, ranking as the world's 28th largest public corporate bitcoin holder.
