If you always find it too difficult to judge the ups and downs and can't grasp it, why not try looking at a bigger time frame instead.

Can't see the 4-hour K-line clearly? Then look at the daily K.
Still no feeling for the daily K line? Then let's pull it to the weekly K line.

Not only will the thinking be clearer, but the mindset will also be much more stable when operating.
