Looking at the recent market trends of BTC, it seems that the probability of a short order explosion is not small.
Let's first understand what the liquidation level chart is — it consists of two layers, the upper layer is the area where short orders are liquidated, and the lower layer is the liquidation point for long orders. The denser the area, the greater the risk, because once the positions accumulated there are triggered, it will lead to a chain liquidation.
The current price (viewed at 1-minute intervals) is operating below the liquidation concentration zone for high and medium leverage short orders. What does this mean? It means that as long as the price pushes slightly upwards, those high and medium leverage short orders that were placed at lower levels will be forcibly liquidated. Conversely, if the price moves downwards, it will similarly liquidate the long positions below.
From the perspective of the exchange, the most efficient harvesting strategy right now is: first pull the price up to the range of 90000-91000, wipe out the short orders above, let them get liquidated, and then turn downwards to continue clearing the long positions below. Repeatedly harvesting in this way is the strategy to maximize profits.
So you see, it's basically unrealistic for the price to just go straight up. A more likely rhythm is: first a surge to complete harvesting, then a pullback for adjustment, and only when both sides of the positions are cleaned up will there be a real large-scale rise.
