Social feeds can easily turn into noise if you don't actively curate them. Attention is the real currency in crypto—make it count. Rather than passively scrolling, it's worth being intentional about who you follow and what information actually moves the needle. Look for accounts that break down market dynamics, share original research, or bring practical insights to Web3 development. Quality over quantity always wins. Whether it's technical analysis, on-chain data, governance updates, or just thoughtful takes on the space—find voices that elevate your knowledge rather than fill your timeline with clutter. What accounts are you following that genuinely add value to your perspective?

Honestly, half of the accounts on my follow list should have been muted long ago, they are just copy-paste market analyses and mindless hype. Actually, only those few who truly understand on-chain data are worth following; the rest are just noise. I totally agree. My timeline is much cleaner now, and after filtering, the signals are much clearer. That being said, most people are still addicted to spamming, never thinking about optimizing their information sources. I only follow those who really do research; all other marketing accounts are a pass. I completely agree with this. Attention is the key asset; it shouldn't be wasted on junk content. There are indeed quite a few accounts I follow, but only a handful from which I can really learn something. Forget it, I’d rather go all-in on doing my own research. Others’ analyses are just for reference.

What you said is quite right, but can anyone really stick to it? I still can't change my habit of spamming.

You're right, I'm currently unfollowing those accounts that are always advocating for trades, otherwise I'd really be played for a sucker and questioning my life. That's how it is, the signal-to-noise ratio is so important, a good on-chain data account is worth ten marketing accounts. I completely agree, I'm mainly following a few that do in-depth research, the rest are basically just garbage information. The key is to have discernment, otherwise following too many accounts is just a waste of time. I really relate to this, not long ago I was following too many diverse accounts, scrolling through my phone every day but learning nothing. Recently, I've been following some accounts that do governance analysis, and it feels so much better than listening to celebrities blabbering. To put it simply, we need to see who is really getting things done, not just who is making the most noise. My current watchlist is just two types—technical people and on-chain data analysts, everything else is deleted. How should I put it, attention is indeed a scarce resource, and I can't waste it on those unnutritious content.

You're not wrong, there are indeed too many garbage accounts on Twitter now, half of them are just riding the hype to scam. I only follow a few accounts that do on-chain data analysis, and looking at their insights every day is much more reliable than scrolling through a hundred crypto world celebrities. Quality really is everything.

Really, scrolling through the feed is like gambling whether your brain can survive. There's too much noise. --- The key is to be ruthless and unfollow, otherwise you'll always be bombarded with junk information. --- Quality > Quantity, this has been said a thousand times, but there are still people who follow hundreds of accounts every day. --- I only follow those that post on-chain data now, I ignore all the others, it's less stressful. --- You're right, but... can you point out a few worth following? It feels like all the good accounts are buried. --- The information flow is just an attention black hole; if you're not careful, it can disappear in a day. --- This is the truth about web3, whoever has more time is at a disadvantage.

To be honest, there aren't many accounts I follow that can really provide valuable insights; most are just hype accounts. Alright, alright, I agree with the keyword "quality over quantity," but why is it so hard to find accounts that actually produce meaningful content? After scrolling through a bunch of accounts, aside from those few on-chain data analysis accounts that are worth watching, the rest are just parrots, it's so annoying. Rather than following a bunch, it's better to focus on a few that truly understand the subject. That's it. This article makes a good point, but I think most people can't consciously filter; they are still being led by the algorithm.

To be honest, I have cleaned my follow list several times already, and now I basically only follow those pros who are really doing on-chain data analysis, while all the KOL advocates have been muted.
