Looking at the recent trend of the BANANA contract, I have made a judgment — it is indeed in a clear topping phase.

From the indicators, the 15-minute and 1-hour RSI have already surged to 91.5 and 89.5, respectively, in the severely overbought zone, which means there could be a pullback pressure at any time. However, it is worth noting that on the 4-hour level, the RSI is still at 75.2, and the moving averages remain in a bullish arrangement. The larger-term trend has not been broken, which is the interesting part — short-term is severely overextended, but medium-term momentum is still there.

Even more noteworthy is the volume surge of 594%, which usually appears before a breakout or topping out, marking a key period for identifying the direction.

Let me outline the key levels: currently, there is a strong resistance zone around 7.26, with breakout levels at 7.50 and 8.00 above. Support levels are at 7.00 and 6.60 below.

To be honest, now is not the time to chase. Either wait for the price to stabilize around 7.00 before going long, or wait until it truly breaks through 7.50 to enter, which will be clearer. The stop-loss is at 7.30; if there is no breakout signal at 7.50, stay on the sidelines for now.

My choice is to wait and see. With such a high RSI, I’d rather miss some opportunities than get caught in a trap.
