Recently, I’ve seen Tailwind’s situation a bit sad—company cash flow can only support six months, and the team that once had four full-time engineers now only has one. The situation with Stack Overflow is similar; the veteran community platform has been forcibly abandoned by the times. Many people have used their products, and now they are all facing a survival crisis.

The underlying issue reflected here is worth pondering: product-market fit(PMF) really can disappear. But more importantly, these cases are telling one thing—AI is not just related to certain people; it concerns all of us. You might think AI is far from you, but in fact, it has long been reshaping the entire industry ecosystem.

What’s falling behind isn’t just these companies, but the entire way of thinking. Either adapt to the new paradigm or be eliminated. There is no middle ground.

Laughing while losing this round, now it's their turn to close shop with a smile --- Once a神器, now a legacy. When AI takes action, the entire ecosystem changes dynasties overnight. No one can hide --- Half a year's cash flow, how desperate is that... By the way, my all-in coins can still last a week --- You're still arguing whether AI will replace humans, but they've already started product withdrawals. The gap is huge --- From 4 engineers to 1, this is what you call being beaten by the times. The phrase "no middle ground" hits hard --- Is Stack Overflow also failing? Then who will answer my stupid questions? Are we next? --- Adapt to new paradigms or be eliminated. Why isn't "lying flat and watching" an option?

Half-year cash flow threshold... this number triggered my risk control warning. The team reduced from 4 people to 1 person, which is not optimization, but a sign of liquidation.

I've been paying attention to the chip distribution of established projects for a long time. The data showing cash flow supporting six months is right there, and the pattern has already formed. The wave of Stack Overflow indeed didn't keep up with the rhythm, a classic case of being abandoned by the times. The truly interesting point is that PMF also has a decay cycle; don't treat it as an iron law. I agree that AI is reshaping the ecosystem, but to be more straightforward—those that react slowly die, those that react quickly survive. Probabilistic strategies are just so cruel. Risk release may seem brutal, but in reality, it's a normal market clearing of sentiment. Companies that can't adapt to the new paradigm have long lost technical support. Saying there's no middle ground is harsh, but that's what the market loves.

Even Tailwind and SO have to go through this, I really can't hold it anymore No one can escape the wave of AI, even the most stable products are useless If you're not adapting, you're out, it's that simple and brutal PMF can't save you either, the times have changed It's a hard truth, but this is the reality Being able to do the work of four people with just one person... what kind of black technology is this I used to think Tailwind could last a lifetime, but now I can't smile It's really either rapid iteration or waiting to die Watching these old brands fall behind, I feel a bit scared

Tsk, even platforms like Stack Overflow are struggling to keep up, which shows that AI is really coming. Things I once thought I would never become outdated are now being replaced in the blink of an eye. If you don't update and iterate, you're only waiting to die; there's no third way.

No matter how strong the fortress is, it can't withstand the hammer of the times. --- If I had known PMF also has a shelf life, I would understand now. --- It's so hopeless for an engineer to support the facade. --- Using old methods when being reshaped by AI, you truly deserve it. --- The middle ground? That's just a dead zone. --- Tailwind has given everyone a lesson; whether you listen or not is up to you. --- Many have been swept away in the big waves. --- If your thinking pattern doesn't change, even the best product is useless. --- I feel a bit sympathetic but mostly helpless; the tech industry is just so brutal. --- Adapt or be eliminated; everyone can choose, but few can actually do it.
