Actually, most children when they grow up will start to settle accounts with their parents, so many parents are very surprised and wonder why they didn't notice anything before. When children grow up and suddenly turn against their parents, from the child's perspective, they can't understand why the traumas of childhood would erupt in adulthood. This is because when we are young, we are in a state of limited awareness, only feeling that our parents' accusations and devaluation make us uncomfortable, but we don't understand why at the time. Even if we do understand, we lack the ability to resist. When we grow up and gain discernment, we realize that many of our parents' behaviors are a form of psychological abuse, and the process of settling accounts begins. So, growing up doesn't mean having stronger wings; it means thinking more maturely.
