After finishing "Cognitive Awakening," I stopped internal conflict.

This book had already been added to my reading shelf long ago, and I only remembered to read it during this Spring Festival holiday. It truly gave me a profound wake-up call.
Anxiety, confusion, procrastination, fleeting enthusiasm
All these are not because you're not working hard enough
But because of fuzzy cognition
The essence of anxiety is wanting to see results immediately
The essence of confusion is overthinking and doing too little
The essence of procrastination is avoiding pain, not laziness
The essence of growth is not self-discipline, but awakening.
It's not motivational fluff; it's the fundamental logic of self-change that ordinary people can apply
• Understand the operation of the three major brain functions, no longer fighting against instincts
• Activate metacognition, become an observer of your own life
• Grow slowly on the edge of your comfort zone; patience is more effective than brute force
True awakening is shifting from passive living to active control
First become aware, then change, and finally achieve freedom
A new year begins with cognitive upgrading
Live your life the way you want 🌱
