IT Home February 13 News, this afternoon, Li Auto’s Legal Department announced that the company’s Intellectual Property Team, in cooperation with public security authorities and the Market Supervision Administration, carried out a special law enforcement operation. They successfully raided a location involved in manufacturing and selling counterfeit Li Auto brand charging piles. On-site, they seized infringing charging pile products, 16 fake trademark stickers, 3 counterfeit seals, and related molds. The individuals involved have been taken into compulsory measures according to the law.

IT Home learned from the announcement that, after an in-depth investigation by the Intellectual Property Team, Li Auto identified key clues to the counterfeit operation on February 1 and reported it to the authorities immediately. On February 6, police launched a surprise raid and successfully secured key evidence of infringement. According to investigations, the suspects operated four online stores, labeling and selling counterfeit products themselves, with total sales exceeding 100,000 yuan. Their actions are suspected of criminal offenses, and the case is under further investigation.
