Sunshine Real Estate Fund: Total revenue of HKD 778.1 million in 2025, property income of HKD 601 million
Guanjia.com News: On March 11, Hangji Sunshine Asset Management Co., Ltd. announced the full-year performance of Sunshine Real Estate Investment Trust Fund for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
For the 2025 fiscal year, Sunshine Real Estate Fund’s total revenue was HKD 778.1 million, with net property income of HKD 601 million, representing decreases of 4.8% and 5.3% respectively compared to the 2024 calendar year; distributable income was HKD 330.2 million, down 2.1% year-on-year.
As of December 31, 2025, the property portfolio was valued at HKD 17.403 billion, a 3.0% decrease from the level recorded twelve months earlier; occupancy rate was 90.6%, with an average renewal rate of 70%.
Among these, the rent and parking income from Daxin Financial Center for the relevant year totaled HKD 149 million, with an occupancy rate of 91%; the rent and parking income from Sheung Shui Centre Shopping Mall totaled HKD 146 million, with an occupancy rate of 87.5%; and the rent and parking income from New City One Phase totaled HKD 124 million, with an occupancy rate of 87.1%.
The board approved a final distribution of 9.1 HK cents per fund unit, totaling 18.2 HK cents for the full year, with a payout ratio of 96.1%. Based on the closing price of HKD 2.35 per fund unit on the last trading day of the relevant year, the yield is 7.7%.
