Abstract generation in progress

The 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has revived religious discrimination and retaliation claims against Hasbro by two former managers. The managers resigned after Hasbro denied their requests for religious exemptions from the company’s COVID-19 vaccination policy. The court found that the plaintiffs plausibly alleged that their refusal to be vaccinated was based on sincerely held religious beliefs and that there was a causal connection between their exemption requests and adverse employment actions.
