Gelonghui, March 10 — Kaimet Gas (002549.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huizhou Kaimet Gas Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Huizhou Kaimet”), recently received the “High-Tech Enterprise Certificate” jointly issued by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance, and the State Taxation Administration Guangdong Branch. The certificate was issued on December 19, 2025, with a validity period of three years. The certificate number is GR202544005871. According to the “Enterprise Income Tax Law of the People’s Republic of China” and relevant tax regulations for high-tech enterprises, Huizhou Kaimet will continue to enjoy the national high-tech enterprise income tax benefits within three years after requalification as a high-tech enterprise.
