The main development branch of Bitcoin Core has merged the Cluster Mempool update.
Mars Finance reports that on March 12, the main development branch of Bitcoin Core has merged the Cluster Mempool update (PR #34616), which is expected to be included in the upcoming Bitcoin Core 31.0 version. This upgrade will redesign how nodes manage the mempool by grouping related transactions, improving block packing efficiency and optimizing fee calculations for RBF and CPFP transactions. Bitcoin Core 31.0 is expected to be released in the second half of 2026. (CriptoNoticias)
