Enlivex invested $10 million in RAIN tokens.

Biotechnology organization Enlivex raised $21 million as part of a funding stage aimed at expanding capital investments in Rain platform tokens. The financial partner was The Lind Partners, a New York-based investment management corporation. It provided funds to execute the deal.

The company reported that it closed a derivative for the acquisition of 3 billion RAIN coins. The transaction was completed over the past weekend, with a total investment volume of $10 million at a 62% discount. Additionally, Enlivex extended its option to acquire another 272.1 billion tokens on similar terms through the end of next year, allowing it to maintain long-term access to the coin.
