Insta360 Securities Department Responds to DJI Lawsuit for Infringement: Currently Confirming with Legal Department

On March 23, in response to media reports today about DJI suing Ying Shi Innovation for patent infringement, Cailian Press contacted Ying Shi Innovation’s Securities Department as an investor. Their staff responded that they are aware of the relevant information and are currently confirming with the company’s legal department. If there are any updates that meet disclosure standards, they will disclose them to the public.

It is reported that recently DJI officially filed a patent ownership dispute lawsuit against Ying Shi Innovation at the Intermediate People’s Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, involving six patent rights disputes. Several former core R&D personnel of DJI are said to be involved. This is DJI’s first patent ownership dispute filed domestically, and the case has now been officially registered with the court.
