AMEC News, March 25 — According to Semiconductor Equipment Corporation, during SEMICON China 2026, Micro Semiconductor Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Micro Company”) announced the launch of four new products covering key processes for silicon-based and compound semiconductors. These include the next-generation inductively coupled ICP plasma etching equipment Primo Angnova™, the highly selective etching machine Primo Domingo™, the Smart RF Match intelligent radio frequency matcher, and the blue-green Micro LED mass production MOCVD equipment Preciomo Udx®, further expanding the company’s product portfolio and system solutions in etching equipment, thin film deposition equipment, and core intelligent components.
