Rio Tinto CEO Says It Hopes to Increase Purchases in China

Rio Tinto CEO Simon Trott revealed in an interview that last year, Rio Tinto’s total procurement in China reached $4.3 billion, and they expect to continue making breakthroughs based on that figure. Over the past decade, Rio Tinto’s annual procurement in China averaged nearly $2 billion, totaling approximately $22 billion.
