# A 4S Dealership Feels Wronged Like a Consumer?

A man named Mr. Pang bought a BYD and then exploited a 4S dealership for a year and a half, visiting over 260 times in a year for free meals and even bringing containers to pack food.

The frustrated dealership blocked him, but he turned around seeking compensation, claiming the dealership had promised free car washing, charging, and meals.

Some might think the dealership should honor its promises, but the 4S shop has its grievances too. Mr. Pang called the police over 6 times at the premises. The dealership even assigned a manager for one-on-one service, but his service frequency far exceeded normal usage.

He not only duplicated loyalty cards and packed takeout meals, but also charged his personal electric scooter in the employee area. The shop kept accommodating him.

What's most unacceptable is that while enjoying these services, his attitude was terrible and he frequently caused conflicts.

In March this year, he parked his car in the new vehicle handover zone to charge. When an employee reminded him to move, he cursed them out, and the two got into a shoving match.

The dealership pushed back to maintain order, and the matter ended up at the police station with compensation paid.

Some speculated he runs a ride-sharing business, using the 4S dealership for free meals and charging at near-zero operating cost.

But he insisted these were his rightful entitlements and demanded continued service.

Later, a rights advocate named "暴走老常" intervened to mediate, helping him switch to another 4S dealership. The original shop also cashed out 2,000 yuan in service vouchers, and both parties agreed to cease contact.

Unexpectedly, he ultimately refused to sign, citing issues with the agreement's wording.

Even more absurd, he then turned around and pursued accountability from the rights advocate, claiming the video wasn't pixelated and acquaintances recognized him. He also denied making 260 visits for free meals and threatened to expose the true number at the 4S dealership. Is he trying to go viral through controversy?
