Two Departments Issue Directive: Achieve Full Coverage of University Science Popularization Work by 2030

The China Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education recently issued the “Opinions on Further Strengthening Science Popularization in Higher Education Institutions,” which proposes four key tasks: achieving full coverage of science popularization in universities by 2030, vigorously organizing science outreach activities for college students, actively promoting social science popularization for the public, and enhancing the capacity of universities to provide science services and strengthening the support system for science popularization. By 2030, full coverage of science popularization work in higher education institutions will be realized.
