Brothers, our bodies are our most precious wealth, especially in this cryptocurrency industry we're in. We need to prioritize health above all else!

We sit all day staring at candlestick charts, eyes unblinking, our heartbeats following price swings, emotions like a rollercoaster with extreme ups and downs, anxiety, depression, and massive mood fluctuations.

Add to that the fact that many people lack exercise, love staying up late watching the markets, and over the long term, our bodies really can't take it.

I used to be the same way—playing games for over ten hours a day, rushing to climb ranks with friends, getting that intense rush, playing until I felt amazing. But every time I finished, my head would buzz, my whole body uncomfortable.

Eventually I woke up, started prioritizing my health, and got regular full-body checkups. One time during a colonoscopy, two women in their thirties next to me asked: "Little brother, what's wrong with you?"

I smiled and said: "Nothing, just here to get a checkup for peace of mind."

They immediately gave me a thumbs up: "That's the right mindset!" Even the doctor approved.

Because only you know your body best. Early screening helps catch problems before they become serious.

Especially for those of us in the crypto space, we absolutely must watch out for risks that can lead to sudden cardiac death. Don't think you're safe just because you're young—there are real-world examples with real consequences:

People have stayed up continuously watching markets, emotionally stressed to the extreme, then suffered sudden heart attacks, dying very suddenly.

Like cases in the gaming world where people stayed in internet cafes for several days and nights without sleeping, then just collapsed (similar to us watching 24-hour market movements).

The crypto industry has had them too—founders and traders in their early thirties facing high-pressure, high-volatility markets who had incidents, or suffered from severe anxiety and depression after major losses.

When the market crashes, leverage liquidations trigger, that feeling of racing heartbeat and sleepless nights accumulates over time and can truly crush your heart and mental state.

These aren't scare tactics—they're real events that have happened.

Prolonged sitting, insufficient sleep, chronic anxiety—these all significantly increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and sudden death.

Even if you exercise regularly, sitting for 11+ hours a day still puts you at high risk.

So you must care for your body and put it first!

Try not to stay up late. If you absolutely must, ensure you get 7-8 hours of sleep (for example, if you sleep at 2 AM, sleep until around 11 AM, don't force yourself awake).

Exercise moderately, not excessively. Don't exercise after drinking, and don't take a shower immediately after exercising (especially hot showers, which can cause blood vessel dilation issues).

Stand up often, stretch, reduce phone time and screen exposure, manage your emotions, don't let candlesticks control your mood.

Get regular checkups—early detection brings peace of mind.

Once your body is in good shape, you'll have the capital to earn more money and live the life you want.

Money can be made again if lost, but once your body breaks down, everything's gone. Brothers, earning crypto matters, but your life matters more!

Take care of yourselves. Let's stay healthy and keep playing this long-term together!
