The group also expects to record a profit attributable to owners of the company of approximately USD 11.9 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, compared to a loss of about USD 17.5 million for the year ending December 31, 2024.

According to the directors, the expected increase in profit for the year ending December 31, 2025, is mainly due to the impairment loss of USD 26.6 million recognized in 2024 related to an equity interest in an associate company. No such impairment has been recognized for the year ending December 31, 2025.

Excluding the impact of the impairment loss recognized in 2024, the company believes that the profits for the years ending December 31, 2024, and 2025, will remain at similar levels.
