On the morning of March 20th, the unveiling ceremony of the Huaihua International Land Port Domestic and Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Center was grandly held at the Huaihua International Land Port Multimodal Transport Center. As a key project fully planned, designed, and assisted by the Shenzhen Yiyatong Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yiyatong”) team, the center’s completion marks a significant step forward for Huaihua in building a modern foreign trade service system. Huaihua Vice Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Wei Chaohui, Yiyatong Chairman Chen Weimin, and other leaders attended the unveiling ceremony, jointly witnessing the launch of this new platform for open economy.

The Huaihua International Land Port Domestic and Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Center is led by the Huaihua International Land Port Economic Development Zone, operated locally by Qihang International Trade Service Co., Ltd., and supported by Yiyatong’s digital technology infrastructure and resource chain collaboration, aiming to set a new benchmark for full-chain enterprise outbound services.

With the help of Yiyatong’s professional team, the center has carefully built a “Six Ones” full-chain service system:

  • One offline center: 900 square meters of core service area with eight service windows facing customers directly.
  • One online platform: a digital service hall with data sharing.
  • One workflow: standardized, regulated service closed-loop.
  • A group of partners: including business, customs, tax, finance, and carefully selected third-party organizations.
  • One training system: regular empowerment for enterprise growth.
  • A professional team: knowledgeable about policies, skilled in business, and internationally experienced.

Mayor Wei Chaohui pointed out in his speech that the unveiling of the Huaihua International Land Port Domestic and Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Center is an innovative measure to deepen the “Enterprise Service Year” initiative, and an important platform to activate the development momentum of the international land port and strengthen the open economy. Huaihua will meticulously build the “Six Ones” full-chain service system, enabling enterprises to access comprehensive professional services in a “one-stop” manner, connect with global resources, and enhance international competitiveness.

In his speech, Chairman Chen Weimin stated that Yiyatong will leverage its global network, full-chain supply chain services, and digital platform advantages to deeply participate in the operation and construction of the center’s service system.

“We will focus on core enterprise needs such as warehousing and distribution, customs clearance facilitation, trade matchmaking, financial empowerment, and integrated logistics, to create a one-stop, high-efficiency, low-cost comprehensive service platform,” Chen Weimin emphasized. “Yiyatong will fully support Huaihua and the characteristic products of the Xiangqian border area to efficiently go global, facilitate access to high-quality resources worldwide, strengthen port-side industries, and optimize the open ecosystem.”

Designed and planned by the Yiyatong team, the center features eight specialized service windows, covering compliance support, financial support, market expansion, logistics and warehousing, customs clearance support, and two convenience service windows plus one comprehensive service window. The two convenience windows are equipped with computers and dedicated staff to guide enterprises in using the online platform and handling business efficiently; the comprehensive window focuses on discovering enterprise needs and precise allocation through proactive communication and professional analysis, helping clarify business demands and connect them accurately to the appropriate service windows. The coordinated operation of these eight windows forms a one-stop service system covering the entire enterprise lifecycle, truly enabling foreign trade companies to “handle affairs without leaving the port.”

The center’s activation will provide enterprises with comprehensive support. In policy consulting, it offers guidance on domestic and international trade policies, RCEP rules, and certificate of origin processing; in legal services, it covers international trade contract review, cross-border compliance, and overseas investment legal risk prevention; in fiscal and tax support, it assists with export tax rebates, cross-border tax planning, and supply chain finance; in market expansion, it provides cross-border platform registration, overseas marketing planning, and international market development; in human resources, it offers foreign trade talent training and cross-border employment guidance; and in risk prevention, it provides trade risk alerts and credit insurance consulting.

On the day of the unveiling, the center hosted the first “Opening Year’s First Lecture” for domestic and foreign trade in 2026. Industry experts and leading enterprise representatives shared in-depth insights on supply chain financial innovation, cross-border trade practices, outbound strategy planning, and risk prevention.

This was the first appearance of the center’s training system, which will continue to deliver cutting-edge knowledge and practical experience to help Huaihua enterprises go global in a compliant and efficient manner.

As a key hub connecting RCEP, ASEAN, and Africa in the central and western regions, Huaihua International Land Port has opened seven international logistics routes, including China-Laos and China-Vietnam. Its transportation network covers 69 countries and regions, with 216 ports and stations, transporting a total of 17 categories and 500 types of goods. By 2025, the port will operate 1,220 land port trains, with cold chain trains ranking first nationwide; port cargo throughput will reach 10.58 million tons, and the total industrial and trade revenue will hit 100.8 billion yuan, surpassing the “Three Thousand” targets a year early. The city’s total foreign trade import and export volume has grown from 1.45 billion yuan five years ago to 11.234 billion yuan, nearly an eightfold increase, with ASEAN now being Huaihua’s largest trading partner.

The opening of the Huaihua International Land Port Domestic and Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Center is a result of deeper cooperation between Yiyatong and the Huaihua municipal government.

Next, the Yiyatong team will continue working with Huaihua International Land Port to upgrade intelligent systems and expand the global cooperation ecosystem, making “doing business in Huaihua, simplifying procedures” a real experience for every enterprise.

Sailing with a ship to go global, connecting business worldwide.

Yiyatong aims to be the most solid backing for Huaihua enterprises, jointly writing a new chapter of reform and opening up in inland areas!
