Chongqing Securities Regulatory Bureau Holds Seminar on Regulatory Standards, Sound Development, and Securities Institution Research

On the eve of the National Two Sessions, the Chongqing Securities Regulatory Bureau held a special research symposium for securities institutions. Representatives from 18 different brokerages, districts, and sizes of securities firms, as well as industry associations, attended. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the 2026 CSRC system work conference. The bureau’s main leaders, responsible persons, and representatives from participating organizations engaged in in-depth discussions, focusing on party building leadership, differentiated development, compliance regulation, investor protection, and creating a healthy market ecosystem. They heard 28 specific suggestions and opinions, responded on-site, and assigned relevant departments to handle them, incorporating them into the supervision mechanism.

Work requirements were proposed to strengthen party building leadership, proactively adapt to the environment, enhance personnel management, strictly adhere to compliance bottom lines, improve service capabilities, fulfill social responsibilities, and ensure safety production. The goal is to guide institutions to operate in a standardized and prudent manner, focus on core businesses, improve governance, and pursue differentiated development.

The meeting also reported typical violations and introduced the district’s securities dispute mediation work. The Chongqing CSRC will firmly establish and practice the correct view of performance, earnestly implement the deployment of the 2026 CSRC system work conference, absorb the suggestions from institutions, and promote industry regulation and stable development through strict supervision and quality services.
