Sunac Services: Approximately 203 million yuan in attributable profit to the company's owners in 2025, turning losses into profits | Financial Highlights

On the evening of March 25, Sunac Services released its 2025 annual performance announcement.

The announcement shows that the group’s revenue in 2025 is approximately RMB 6.816 billion, a decrease of about 2.2% year-on-year, mainly due to the sale of its stake in affiliated company Zhangtai Service Group Co., Ltd. during the year, which resulted in it no longer being included in the group’s consolidated financial statements after August 2025; excluding this impact, the group’s revenue is approximately RMB 6.487 billion, a slight increase year-on-year.

During the period, the group’s gross profit was about RMB 1.252 billion, with a gross profit margin of approximately 18.4%, down about 3.5 percentage points year-on-year, mainly due to the group’s delay in recognizing revenue from several third-party clients with high repayment risks after fulfilling contractual obligations, as well as increased maintenance costs due to warranty expirations on delivered projects in recent years.

During the period, the company’s attributable profit was approximately RMB 203 million, compared to an attributable loss of about RMB 451 million in the same period last year, achieving a turnaround from loss to profit.
