Mars Finance News, on March 25th, the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference officially opened. At the Zhongguancun Forum Open Mic ZGC Tech-Show, Liu Weihong, Chief Scientist of Hanwang Technology’s Intelligent Perception Technology, pointed out that digitalization of the sense of smell is becoming a key breakthrough for artificial intelligence to advance toward multimodal perception. Currently, machine olfaction is upgrading from single recognition and static recognition to general recognition and spatial perception recognition. Hanwang’s fully self-developed universal olfactory perception platform, based on “nasal cell chips + AI algorithms,” enables rapid response recognition and quantitative analysis of complex odors. It has been successfully applied in seven major everyday scenarios, including food, beverages, and daily chemicals.
