Media: The United States plans to end the war on April 9th
Why did AI choose April 9th as the key date to end the war?
According to Israeli media Ynetglobal, after U.S. President Trump issued a statement, an Israeli official said Washington has set April 9th as the target date to end the war.
Iranian officials openly rejected the possibility of negotiations. A military official told Iran’s Tasnim News Agency that Iran “has prepared some surprising actions for the coming days,” which will clarify the outcome.
Ibrahim Rezaei, spokesperson for Iran’s Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, stated, “There is no logic in negotiating under the current circumstances,” and Iran’s opponents “only understand the language of force and missiles.”
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ismail Baghai said Iran has received messages from “friendly countries” indicating the U.S. is interested in negotiations to end the war, but Tehran has not responded yet. He also added that Iran’s stance on the Strait of Hormuz issue and the conditions for ending the conflict remain unchanged.
