Before I stopped drinking Coke, my weight stayed at 60 kilograms, and I could run 5 to 10 kilometers every day. Now, I occasionally drink Coke with meals, and I run less—probably because I can't keep up. Over two years, my weight has increased to 78 kilograms, with no change in my height—177 cm😂. Currently, I eat two meals a day to see if I can lose some weight.
